We got in touch with autogate to help troubleshoot an issue with our gate which was installed by another vendor. We were extremely impressed with Edmund who took his time to explain the problems and troubleshoot what was wrong with our gate. I’ve never seen such amazing work ethic before. Highly recommended!

Edmund explains the issues with my auto gate clearly. He recommended an interim repair as opposed to changing a new motor right away, even though my motor is already more than 5 year old and have some wear and tear issues. This helps to save cost. Am happy with the professional service.

I had an excellent experience with Edmund. He came to attend to my issue as soon as he was available. He provided options for solutions, with zero hard sell. He was honest about the pros and cons of each solution, and left it up entirely up to me to decide what I wanted to do. At no point was he pushing for me to take expensive options. I really appreciated that he also provided honest feedback about the options that I was considering, whether it was worth the money, or if I should consider other ways to ensure money well spent. The workmanship was excellent - my repaired gate is as good as new. Highly recommend if you are looking for someone to diagnose and/or repair your gate. Thank you, Edmund!

Engaged Edmund and his team to replace my existing autogate after seeing all the good reviews and I can fully attest to these good reviews. Edmund and team are extremely professional and will provide sensible, necessary and feasible solutions. In addition, they will also consider the aesthetic aspects of the autogates in addition to their professional advices. The whole engagement is totally smooth, transparent, professionally executed and delivered. In fact, the team exceeded my expectations and I will highly recommend them for anyone considering to install, replace the autogates. Thanks to fairly good weather, the replacement of the autogate took only 2 days (though we have catered for a much longer process in anticipation of bad weather and the fact that my existing gate has several issues). This is only possible as a lot of background work had been done at their workshop and I am extremely appreciative that Edmund had provided constant updates (with pics) on the background progress. Thank you Edmund and team, my family members are extremely happy with the new gate. 💕
